End User License Agreement (EULA) for Font License

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (referred to as “Licensee” or “You”) and ID Typeface (referred to as “Licensor” or “We”) for the use of the font software licensed under the terms outlined below. By downloading, installing, or using the font software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the font software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the font software in accordance with the license type purchased and specified in the purchase receipt.

2. Permitted Use

The font software may be used solely for the project and purposes specified in the purchase receipt. Such use may include incorporating the font into digital or printed materials, such as logos, advertisements, websites, documents, and presentations, as relevant to the license type purchased.

3. Restrictions

Licensee may not sublicense, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the font software. Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or use of the font software for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement is strictly prohibited.

4. Number of Workstation

The license specifies the number of workstations permitted to use the font software. Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the font software is only accessible to the authorized number of users as indicated in the purchase receipt.

5. Ownership and Copyright

The font software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Licensor. Licensee does not acquire ownership of the font software, but is granted the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the font software and destroy any copies in their possession.

7. Warranty and Liability

Licensor warrants that the font software will perform as intended for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, as indicated on the purchase receipt. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the font software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, excluding any conflict of law rules. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

By downloading, installing, or using the font software, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
