BY INSTALLING AND USING THE DESKTOP FORMATS TRUETYPE (TTF) OR OPENTYPE (OTF) FROM ID TYPEFACE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT ON ANY FONTS PURCHASED WITH THE DESKTOP LICENSE TYPE ON THE ID TYPEFACE WEBSITE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE FONT.

1. ALLOWED USE

A standard desktop license enables the installation and usage of fonts on a computer in design applications such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, Figma, as well as office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, etc. Licenses are perpetual; you can use the desktop font license with a defined number of users.

2. NUMBER OF USERS

Desktop Fonts can be simultaneously used by no more than the number of users specified in the purchase receipt. A “user” is a single person/individual who uses a desktop font on one working computer.

3. THIRD PARTY

You may grant licensed desktop fonts to the service bureau that works specifically with you as long as the document must not be edited, and only if they agree to use fonts that are specific to your work and agree to the terms of this license. The third party does not store the copies of Desktop Fonts when work is done. You may not be allowed to provide desktop fonts or make desktop fonts accessible to other parties.

4. RESTRICTION

By using this desktop license type, you’re not allowed to use it for @font-face embedding, software, gaming, mobile applications, or published movie/film titles. It requires a different license type and usage limitations.

5. COPYRIGHT

You agree that the fonts and their copyright are owned by ID Typeface as the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights. You do not acquire ownership of the Font Software in any condition under this agreement, but you grant permission to use the Font Software as specified in this agreement.

Licensed fonts are protected by copyright law. Illegal copying of fonts or publicizing them for free to the public is expressly prohibited. You may be reported to the appropriate authorities and processed by law, and you may be responsible for any intellectual property infringement caused by your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.

6. TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until ID Typeface terminates it. If you violate the conditions of this license, ID Typeface may terminate this agreement with thirty days’ notice. After the license expires, you must destroy all Font Software digital files and copies that have been utilized.

7. WARRANTY

ID Typeface guarantees the fonts to meet the standards of an operating system and be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery as indicated on the purchase receipt. ID Typeface provides no warranty and is not responsible for replacing fonts or returning the purchase price if the result of failure from an accident, misuse or improper use, or if any document of font software is lost or damaged, fire, or negligence of the licensee.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.

BY INSTALLING AND USING THE WEBFONTS FORMATS: WOFF, WOFF2, TTF FROM ID TYPEFACE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT ON ANY FONTS PURCHASED WITH THE WEBFONTS LICENSE TYPE ON ID TYPEFACE WEBSITE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE FONT.

1. ALLOWED USE

This license pertains exclusively to the usage of webfont files provided by ID Typeface. The provided formats include WOFF, WOFF2, and TTF. Usage of webfonts is governed by the number of monthly pageviews on your analytic tools, with no restrictions on the number of domains and subdomains specified in the purchase receipt. You are only permitted to embed webfonts on a hosting server that is solely owned by the licensee.

2. NUMBER OF PAGEVIEWS

The “Number of Pageviews” generally represents a visitor on your website from the total traffic of the website(s), measured in pageviews per month and is limited to the number specified in the receipt. If your monthly page views exceed the specified limit, you have the option to upgrade your license.

3. THIRD PARTY

Licensed Webfonts can be granted to web developers working specifically with you, provided that the Webfont format remains unaltered, and they agree to use the Webfonts specific to your work and adhere to the terms of this license. The third party is not allowed to store copies of Webfonts after the work is completed. Distributing Webfonts to others or making them accessible to others is restricted.

4. RESTRICTION

You are prohibited from modifying, customizing, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to locate the source code of the Webfonts. We employ the @font-face method with WOFF, WOFF2, or TTF to embed it on your server. You do not possess the right to convert the Webfont format to a different format than that provided by ID Typeface. Any webfont conversion methods such as sIFR, Cufon, Typeface.js, or Base64 are not permitted. However, if you intend to alter the Webfonts subsetting language and format, you can contact us to customize the Webfonts file to your requirements.

5. COPYRIGHT

You acknowledge that the fonts and their copyright are owned by ID Typeface as the sole owner of all intellectual property rights. You do not acquire ownership of the Font Software under any circumstances in this agreement, but you are granted permission to use the Font Software as specified in this agreement.

Licensed fonts are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying of fonts or distributing them freely to the public is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement could result in being reported to appropriate authorities and facing legal action, with potential responsibility for any intellectual property infringement.

BY INSTALLING AND USING THE APP FONTS FORMAT OPENTYPE (OTF) OR TRUETYPE (TTF) FROM ID TYPEFACE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT ON ANY FONTS PURCHASED WITH THE APPS LICENSE TYPE ON THE ID TYPEFACE WEBSITE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE FONTS.

1. ALLOWED USE

You are permitted to embed the App Fonts in documents or applications for viewing, embedding, and editing. The App Fonts may only be accessed within the document or application with an unlimited application installation. The use of the App Fonts license must not exceed the maximum number of application monthly active users specified in the purchase receipt.

2. NUMBER OF MONTHLY ACTIVE USERS

App License can be used by no more than the total number of Monthly Active Users specified in the purchase receipt. “Monthly Active Users” refers to the number of end users who access your applications via any server-based application that utilizes the font software.

3. THIRD PARTY

You may grant licensed app fonts to the application developer that works specifically with you as long as the font software is not edited and only if they agree to use app fonts that are specific to your work and agree to the terms of this license. The third party may not store copies of App Fonts after work is done. You might not be able to provide app fonts to other people or make app fonts available to them.

4. RESTRICTION

By using this app font license type, you are not allowed to use it for @font-face embedding for websites, create graphical images, printed materials, paper documents, or allow the end-user to have access to use the fonts for product customization. It requires a different license type and usage limitations.

BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SERVER FONTS FORMAT: OPENTYPE (OTF) OR TRUETYPE (TTF) FROM ID TYPEFACE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT ON ANY FONTS PURCHASED WITH THE SERVER LICENSE TYPE ON ID TYPEFACE WEBSITE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE FONT.

1. ALLOWED USE

A server license allows the installation of fonts for usage primarily in specialized applications on web servers. For instance, a website or program that enables end-users to customize actual physical products or design templates using licensed fonts.

2. NUMBER OF CPU CORES

“CPU Cores” refers to a server that you use only for your own development and that End Users or other third parties can access indirectly. When selecting this license, you must indicate the number of CPU cores on which the licensed fonts will be installed.

3. THIRD PARTY

You may grant licensed server fonts to the web developer that works specifically with you as long as the font format is not edited or modified, and only if they agree to use server fonts that are specific to your project and agree to the terms of this license. The third party does not store copies of licensed server fonts when the project is done. You might not be able to provide licensed server fonts to other people or make them available to other parties.

4. RESTRICTION

You are not allowed to modify, customize, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to locate the font source code. We use the TTF font format to embed it on your server. You do not have the right to convert the licensed server fonts format to a different format than that provided by ID Typeface. Any conversion method such as sIFR, Cufon, Typeface.js, or Base64 is not allowed.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE FONTS.

The Corporate license grants usage rights for the fonts within a corporate environment, specifically for branding and company-related purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, incorporating the fonts into company logos, marketing materials, advertisements, and other brand-related content.

2. NUMBER OF USERS

The Corporate Fonts can be used by the number of users specified in the purchase receipt. “Users” refer to individual employees within the licensed corporation who are using the fonts for corporate branding and design projects.

3. THIRD PARTY

You may grant licensed Corporate fonts to external contractors or vendors who work directly with your corporation, as long as the font software remains unaltered and they agree to the terms of this license. The third party is not permitted to retain copies of Corporate Fonts beyond the duration of the project.

4. RESTRICTION

The Corporate license does not grant permission for redistribution of fonts outside of the licensed corporation or for use in projects unrelated to the company’s branding. Fonts cannot be sublicensed, sold, or made available to third parties for any purpose other than the company’s branding efforts.

You acknowledge that the fonts and their copyright are owned by ID Typeface as the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights. You do not acquire ownership of the Font Software under any circumstances in this agreement, but you are granted permission to use the Font Software as specified in this agreement.
